Additional charges of $250/hour may be incurred for reviewing records, calling the FAA or other doctors, or writing letters in support of your application, prorated in 1/10th of an hour.

Please have your MedXpress Application confirmation number available when you book an appointment for a medical exam.
A Computerized Color Vision Test is now required for all new applicants and can be added to your appointment at the time of booking. See the FAQ’s for a more detailed discussion.
EKG with interpretation can be added to your appointment at the time of booking if needed.
If necessary record review/submission for your application requires time beyond the allotted appointment time, then a rate of $250/hr (Prorated) will apply in addition to your exam fee.
Full Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, check, credit cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo.
A 4% processing fee applies to all electronic forms of payment.
Cancellation within 24 hours or No Shows will result in full payment being collected.
Repeated “No Shows” may result in refusal of future services.
